Global Environmental, Social, and Governance Coordinator
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Leadership role responsible for leading ModusLink’s global Environmental, Social, and Governance efforts specifically with regards to adhering to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
GLOBAL ESG COMPLIANCE

- Responsible for ensuring all ModusLink Policies are in compliance with RBA and governmental requirements.
- Responsible for keeping ModusLink Sustainability report current and published annually.
- Ensures all personnel involved in any aspect of compliance have completed necessary and recommended training. Documents training completion.
SITE COMPLIANCE

- Coordinates with local site directors / leadership to ensure all sites have completed RBA audit within specified timelines.
- Assists Site Directors in preparing for any RBA or similar compliance audits prior to actual audit.
- Will attend every site audit as ModusLink Global ESG Coordinator and serve as liaison with compliance agency as required.
POLICY COORDINATION AND OVERSIGHT

- Implement and keep current all ModusLink ESG policies.
- Disseminate and train all appropriate personnel on ModusLink ESG policies.
- Liaison with RBA as ModusLink representative and participate in any working groups which may affect ModusLink operations.
EU MARKETING SUPPORT

- Assist global marketing and regional sales personnel in creating, improving and updating any marketing collateral materials.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Governmental Policy or equivalent required, Master’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with government and non-governmental organizations specifically with ESG policy, multiple regions is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of the ESG processes and policies.
- Strong general business background including governmental and financial acumen.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively and in an accurate and timely manner.
- Proven ability to exude executive presence with NGO, Governmental and Multi-national Corporations at highest levels.
- Ability to react to change proactively and handle other tasks as required.
- Ability to travel internationally
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM (SalesForce.com preferred), ERP Systems (SAP preferred) and Data Management software (Power BI preferred).
